Welcome to Café 1001, Brick Lane’s long established cultural hang out.
CAFE by day
A combined Café, workplace, cocktail bar, lounge
and disco. We offer a cozy and inviting place not
just to eat and drink but to work, relax, catch up and
unwind in our split-level venue.
Café 1001 aims to inspire creativity and connection
between the variety of cultures that venture down
Brick Lane daily. We offer free WIFI, great coffee,
excellent food and even better drinks especially if
you’re lucky enough to grab a table on the terrace
during the Summer.
Brunch
We’ve partnered with British / Afghan,
inclusive kitchen experts Cue Point who have
curated a menu which highlights the best of
Brick Lane while staying true to classic
British Caff culture.
COFFEE & PASTRIES
We rotate our coffee from locally sourced
roasters. We have an amazing range of teas
and alternative hot drinks. We work with local
artisan bakeries to curate a line up of
amazing cakes, pasrties and snacks.
HIFI by NIGHT
Music is our thing. We spend hours, probably too
long, curating our daily playlists and finding guest
DJs to join us in our bespoke hand-built DJ booth
built by Don Heston (the brains behind the
MOKO/JUMBI booths).
The sound system has been engineered in
partnership with local vintage sound-system expert
Friendly Pressure.
I00I MENUS
Our mission is to deliver serious food, drinks and music without taking ourselves
too seriously. At the end of the day, It’s just a f*cking Cafe… but probably not the
one you were expecting to find. We recommend booking but walk ins are always
welcome if we have space.
MUSIC & RADIO I00I
Our love for music allowed Radio 1001 to be born,
an incubator for talent new and established and a
platform for DJs to showcase their talents.
All our sets are recorded and can be listened back
to via archive below or on our YouTube channel.
